The Indian Health Service, Tohatchi Health Center located at 07 Chooshgai Drive, Tohatchi, NM 87325 has an upcoming requirement for two (2) ambulatory primary care physicians who will perform duties and responsibilities consisting of providing outpatient services to the Tohatchi Health Center IHS patients who present for treatment. The contractor may also be requested to provide care (within their scope of practice) at other Gallup Service Unit clinics during times of patient surges or critical staffing shortages. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30.0 million. The Request for Quotation No. 75H71021Q00012 using the FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by March 15, 2021. Evaluation factors may include: experience of 24 months including residency, licensure (Current, active license to practice medicine, board certification, completion of family medicine or internal medicine residency and valid state driver’s license), certifications, medical evaluation, interview with contractor and price. Quotes will be due on or by March 24, 2021. The acquisition is unrestricted.
