The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 E Nizhoni Boulevard, Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for two (2) Psychologist, two (2) Psychiatrists and two (2) Licensed Clinical Social Workers who will perform duties and responsibilities consisting of performing diagnosis, care, and treatment of behavioral health patients and consults at GIMC and from other departments or facilities. Contractor shall interview and examine behavioral health patients, review past behavioral health history, and requests and/or perform diagnostic tests and examinations, deemed necessary to obtain all possible information related to each case. Contractor shall make preliminary diagnoses, direct, or provides treatment, or arrange for specialized care or patient referral as required. Contractor will base decisions upon information obtained, professional medical knowledge and skills and prescribed policies and procedures. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30.0 million. The Request for Quotation No. 75H71021Q00017 using the FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 14, 2021. Evaluation factors may include: experience of 24 months, licensure (Current, active license to practice medicine, board certification, completion of residency (if applicable) and valid state driver’s license), certifications, references, interview with contractor and price. Quotes will be due on or by April 26, 2021. The acquisition is total 100% small business set aside.
