The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located 516 East Nizhoni Boulevard, Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for three (3) respiratory therapists who will perform a wide range of cardiopulmonary procedures serving all areas of the hospital including medical/surgical, outpatient, emergency/trauma room, pediatrics, newborn nursery, intensive care and women’s health units. The requirement will include a base period plus four 3-month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399 with a small business size standard of $8.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00007 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by November 10, 2021. Evaluation factors may include experience of 36 months, licensure (current, active license to practice, board certified or registered through National Board of Respiratory Care), certifications and price. Quotes will be due on or by November 23, 2021. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside.
