Nizhoni, Gallup, NM 87301, has an upcoming requirement for two (2) Physician Assistants to perform on-site services to the eligible beneficiaries of the Indian Health Service. The projected Period of Performance is: Base: Date of Award – 6/30/2023 Option Period 1: 7/1/2023-9/30/2023 Option Period 2: 10/1/2023-12/31/2023 Option Period 3: 1/1/2024-3/31/2024 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 with a small business size standard of $16.0 million.
