Nizhoni, Gallup, NM 87301, has an upcoming requirement for three (3) Nurse Practitioners to perform on-site services to the eligible beneficiaries of the Indian Health Service. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 with a small business size standard of $16.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00055 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be issued on or by June 7, 2023. The anticipated period of performance is a base plus three (3) option periods contract.
