This Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research to identify Indian Economic Enterprises as defined in 25 U.S.C. 47 and is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding (1) the availability and capability of qualified sources, and (2) the size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Policy is seeking sources who can provide Consultant Services. The Consultant shall plan, develop, and coordinate a Women’s Wellness Conference. The vendors shall demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements of this notice in accordance to the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Instructions: Your response should include the following: Name of Firm, Point of Contact, Mailing Address, Telephone Number and DUNS Number. Submit a capability statement that demonstrates how your company can provide the requested services that are required in the attached draft PWS. DO NOT submit marketing material. DO NOT submit resumes. Include past performance in providing the requested services to the Indian Health Service, other Government (Federal or State) agency, or for a private facility, within the past three (3) years. Include contract number, point of contact, telephone number or e-mail address. Identification of the appropriate certified IEE or ISBEE eligibility Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be submitted via email to michelle.james@ihs.gov by March 11, 2020 by 11:00 am MDT. Please place "Attention: Peer Review Services" in the subject line of your email. This notice is to assist the NAIHS in determining sources only. NOTE: Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government in response to this sources sought.
