This is a notice of intent to sole source. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)1600 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta Georiga 30341 intends to sole source; in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has the intent to award a sole source firm fixed price service contract to NanoCellect Biomedical Inc., 9525 Towne Centre Dr., Suite 150, San Diego, CA 92121, USA.The North American Industry Classification System code is 334516 . The purpose of this procurement is to purchase a WOLF G2 cell sorter system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
