The objectives of this contract are to obtain spiked samples in biological matrices necessary for accomplishing ERB’s mission to maintain a proficiency testing program for toxic chemicals of interest in order to support the measurement of exposures to chemical threat agents. This requirement includes planning, producing, and distributing proficiency testing materials in support of ERB’s chemical emergency preparedness and response goals. This is a full and open procurement that is being competed under NAICS 325998 - All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing. The government will only accept and evaluate quotes from qualified contractors providing services under NAICS 325998 - All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 00HCUGHD-2021-49849 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). b. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract for the requirement. Please either fill in the dollar amounts or provide a separate excel spreadsheet containing the same information including a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, units of measure, and options (if applicable). All services shall conform with the description as outlined in with the attached Performance-Based Work Statement.
