Our current multi-viewers are app. 18 years old and have failing components and need immediate replacement. These multi-viewers are used in live studio production scenarios to display incoming/outgoing video and audio signal feeds for production and engineering staff for the purposes of quality control and confidence monitoring. The multi-viewers requested will be installed by our Engineering staff, but will need the services of the manufacturer (Belden/Grass Valley) to authenticate licensing, and provide initial setup services (commissioning) to sing off on the installation process, which will be done remotely. Additionally, we will require services of the manufacturer for periodic software/firmware upgrades and quick turnaround of replacement parts should they be required.
