This contract is for preventative and remedial maintenance of the several CDC/DLS Roche Diagnostic clinical analyzers and supporting components. This maintenance agreement serves to keep all instruments running optimally while eliminating costly repairs due to damaged or malfunctioning equipment. The Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance and repair services as well as software support for all CDC/DLS owned Roche Diagnostics equipment to keep the covered instruments properly calibrated, serviced and maintained in accordance with or to exceed the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations throughout the contract period renewable for up to three additional option years. The contractor shall provide priority response times by factory certified/authorized service engineers for telephone support, on-site service for repairs and preventative maintenance, and coverage of any and all parts (including shipping costs), travel to CDC, labor costs, software/firmware updates and support, and supplies and equipment necessary to provide these services at no additional cost to the Government.
