The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Graphpad Software LLC for the purchase of Geneious Prime Enterprise Academic Yearly Subscription, 200 seats. The Government desires to obtain the Geneious Prime software licensing because it is part of several validated CLIA test protocols. Due to the amount of time and cost required, the Government is not able to modify the validated protocols at this time. The anticipated period of performance is 2/23/2026 through 2/22/2031 and will include four one-year option periods. This contract action is for software licensing and support for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP). Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received prior to the date and time below will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
