The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to NITOR Group LTD for Health Information Service Provider (HISP) services to implement secure data transport for the National Healthcare Safety Network. The services will enable healthcare facilities to send data securely using the established Nationwide Health Information Network Direct Protocol. The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2028. While this is a notice of intent for a sole-source award, the government will consider expressions of interest or capability from other parties.
