The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of the Director, Office of the Associate Director for Communication (CDC\OD\OADC) hereby announces its intent to sole source a firm fixed price purchase order to GfK US MRI, LLC, dba MRI-Simmons, 75 9th Ave FL 5, New York, NY 10011-7076. The purpose of this contract is to secure a license for CDC-wide access to and use of additional market research data products that provide information on Spanish persona reports, a passively measured digital media panel, development of enhanced specified campaign targets, and an insights generator that quickly fuses data to the MRI-Simmons USA database. The Contractor must provide CDC with as many individual user accounts as needed to provide unlimited access to the subscription services. Technical assistance and training support services must be provided to all CDC users. This order is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(ii). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code for this procurement is 561499 -- All Other Business Support Services. This is not a request for competitive quotations: however, the Government will review any/all product, capabilities, and pricing information submitted prior to the closure of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested vendors that believe they can meet these requirements are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notice by providing a capability statement to the Contract Specialist by July 26, 2023. The Contract Specialist will not respond to verbal requests. All requests must be in writing.
