Purpose and Objectives This is a non-personnel services contract to deliver natural gas to the Cogen at the NIH Bethesda campus at competitive market prices. Project requirements The objective of this project is to obtain firm (uninterruptible) natural gas of the correct quantity and composition at competitive market prices as defined by NIH, to operate the Cogen plant 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
