Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to provide a one main power transformer (MPT) Main Power Transformer (MPT) – including auxiliary equipment, services, controls, and the required protective devices necessary for safe and efficient operation of the transformer and accessories (Line Item 001) as delineated in the attached specification and drawings. This request for proposal also includes an option to purchase Bushing Monitoring (Line Item 002). The selected Subcontractor shall deliver the quantities specified and in compliance with all requirements in the specification and drawings documents. All equipment will be provided in accordance with the required quality management plan and subject to the specified acceptance criteria. The Subcontractor may not substitute proposed key personnel or production locations named in their proposal without FRA approval. The replacement of key personnel or production location must possess similar characteristics equivalent to or exceeding that of the key personnel or location being replaced.
