Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to provide Base Bid – Four (4) combined medium voltage transformers/VFI circuit breakers or Alternate Bid Four (4) medium voltage transformers and four (4) medium voltage circuit breakers switchgear as delineated in the attached specification and drawings. The selected Subcontractor shall deliver the combined transformers/VFI circuit breakers in the quantities specified and in compliance with all requirements in the specification and drawings documents. The combined medium voltage transformers/VFI circuit breakers will be provided in accordance with the required quality management plan and subject to the specified acceptance criteria. The Subcontractor may not substitute proposed key personnel or production locations named in their proposal without FRA approval. The replacement of key personnel or production location must possess similar characteristics equivalent to or exceeding that of the key personnel or location being replaced.
