Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to provide four chillers as delineated in the attached specification and drawings. The selected Subcontractor shall deliver the chillers in the quantities specified and in compliance with all requirements in the specification and drawings documents. The chillers will be provided in accordance with the required quality management plan and subject to the specified acceptance criteria. The Subcontractor may not substitute proposed key personnel or production locations named in their proposal without FRA approval. The replacement of key personnel or production location must possess similar characteristics equivalent to or exceeding that of the key personnel or location being replaced
