Seeking a subcontractor that will partner with the Alliance for Sustainable Energy, LLC (Managing and Operating Contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy for the management of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory) to scan and examine all Oracle EBS responsibilities and user profiles for segregation of duties issues. The NREL Internal Controls team would like to get a better handle on what each Oracle responsibility has the ability to do so we can ensure there are proper segregation of duties within all Oracle responsibilities as well as all the user profiles.
