SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION – LAWN SERVICES The Department of Energy (DOE) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify small business contractors who possess the capabilities, and the resources to support, and provide lawn services located at the Office of Scientific and Technical Information located at 1 Science.gov Way, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561730 – Landscaping Services. DOE intends to procure these services through the award of a firm-fixed contract. It is requested that your response include a summary of your capabilities relative to the work in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Interested parties should be aware that re-activation or new accounts in SAM require some time to complete. Responses to this Sources Sought announcement should be submitted no later than close of business, Monday, Dec. 6, 2021. Please limit your capabilities document to two pages. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals (RFP); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
