The project objective, at a high level, is to support Community EV Readiness Planning. NREL’s Community EV Readiness Planning effort will provide direct technical assistance to communities (cities, counties, regional planning organizations, and tribal nations) to strategically deploy publicly accessible EV charging and alternative fueling infrastructure in communities where people live and work and along designated alternative fuel corridors (AFCs).
