The project objective is to identify and retain subcontractors that have the capability to implement demonstrations of commercially available weatherization technologies, process, or approaches that are underutilized in the WAP and can be scaled that have retrofit and relevant technical capabilities in residential energy retrofits and have experience in data collection in the field, troubleshooting technical challenges, and pilot implementation and evaluation.
