The Alliance, as the Prime Contractor for the DOE to manage and operate NREL, is seeking a subcontractor that will partner with the Alliance to perform employment related investigations on an ad-hoc project basis. Acting at the direction of the Alliance General Counsel, the subcontractor will perform these investigation activities by completing an impartial examination of relevant facts, materials and records and then present oral and written reports of factual findings, conclusions and results directly to the Alliance General Counsel.
