The Alliance for Sustainable Energy, LLC has been tasked to develop, solicit, and award Task Order Agreements (TOA) for general construction type work to be performed at the NREL South Table Mesa Campus (Golden, CO), Flatirons Campus (Boulder, CO), Denver West Park (Golden, CO), Refuel Laboratory (Denver, CO), and Golden Warehouse Facility (Golden, CO). Subject to the TOA, NREL will issue individual Task Orders for projects similar to an IDIQ arrangement. See attachment for additional details.
