The objective of this work effort is to provide qualified staff to assist NREL’s HR department in various work efforts acting as an extension of our HR team. The Alliance, as the Prime Contractor for the DOE to manage and operate NREL, is seeking a subcontractor to partner with the Alliance to provide consulting services related to benefits, compensation, organizational development, talent acquisition, job description development, procedure improvement, and more. NREL’s HR department is looking for a subcontractor to provide support described in the scope segments on page 2 in the attachment in times when capacity and/or capability are lacking. The Due Date for responses has been amended to 7/22/22, no other changes.
