The objective of this Sources Sought is to identify potential Subcontractors that are qualified and capable of meeting requirements. The project objective, at a high level, is to support the metering, instrumentation, and controls systems Lab Wide to meet NREL’s requirements as written in the contract with DOE. NREL is required to report all energy used and/or generated and what the electricity is used for (general office, lighting, mechanical loads, research loads, etc.). In order to report this information, we need to maintain/expand our existing metering system to track and store this data to report.
