The US Department of Energy's facility, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) is seeking market information from interested parties in an effort to develop a Request for Propoals for a Systems Integrator. The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) at NREL operates multiple enterprise wide business systems that support critical functions to further the mission of the Lab. NREL anticipates that the final proposed agreement will be a multi-year, multi-phased project delivered through a Task Ordering Agreement (an umbrella agreement that allows distinct, individually scoped and funded orders to be issued from it) that will likely include (but is not limited to) the following task groups: (1) business system architecture review, general discovery, and requirements development; (2) business process design; (3) options analysis and recommendation; (4) enterprise-wide system implementation. These documents outline the information requested from intersted parties and provides background information for the anticipated total project.
