The Company is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested Suppliers for the construction of a building at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This EOI seeks to identify sources interested and capable in building construction and to elicit potential participants and their intent to bid on the construction of the facility. The construction solicitation is expected to occur in the fall of CY 2023, with a contract award planned for January 2024. The award will be a single, competitive fixed price construction contract with progress payments. All interested firms should provide contact information (Name, Email and Telephone Number) for further correspondence as part of their response.
