Boiler Preventative & Corrective Maintenance Services

Notice ID:SM-382236

The subcontractor will perform preventative and corrective maintenance for all heating boilers identified in contract attachments, including inspections, cleaning, testing, calibration, adjustment, and repair. Work will be performed at the New Muon Lab (NML) and Central Utility Building (CUB), with boilermaker services for disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, startup, and tuning. The subcontractor must furnish all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials needed for the work. Compliance with federal, state, local, and Fermilab safety requirements is required, along with providing inspection and corrective maintenance reports. All work must follow the preventative maintenance schedules and requirements in the contract attachments.
