SLAC Job Order Contract
SLAC is seeking sources for Job Order Contract (JOC) services supporting construction, alteration, repair, and minimal design for scientific, industrial, office, civil, and utility projects on the SLAC campus, plus associated project management, planning, estimating, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision using a Construction Task Catalog with prepriced tasks and preset unit prices. The contract is planned as a one-year base period with up to four option periods, and task orders issued during the term remain valid for performance, payment, and guarantee periods after term expiration. Minimum qualifications include an active General Contractor’s license not revoked in the past five years, no debarment or U.S. project default terminations in the past five years, no convictions related to government construction contract award or performance, prior DOE and/or DOD facility experience, and an established San Francisco Bay Area local office for at least two years in one of ten specified counties. This is a sources-sought notice only; the draft RFP is included but the RFP has not been released, and interested vendors should express interest via the SAM.gov Interested Vendors List or by emailing the procurement specialist. Responses are voluntary and should not include pricing, proprietary, or confidential information.
