This subcontract requires the complete removal and replacement of the HVAC systems for the Beam Position Monitor rooms in Buildings 116 and 132 at SLAC. The primary construction must occur during a specified summer shutdown from July 21, 2026, through October 1, 2026, with the system required to be operational by September 19, 2026. If necessary, work may extend into the Summer 2027 shutdown. The scope of work is currently being revised, and a site walk has been postponed with no confirmed date.
