SLAC Site Security & Access Improvements – Main Gate

This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify qualified construction contractors for a future Site Security & Access Improvements project at the main gate, not a solicitation for bids. The planned scope includes building a new guard booth, renovating an existing guard house, and performing associated site work such as installing new pavement, security barriers, and systems. A key requirement is that the offeror must have an established local office in the San Francisco Bay Area for a minimum of two years.
