Amendment #2 Incorporate the attached form "Attachment L-2" Offeror's Request for Clarification dated July 28, 2021 as a result of questions/clarifications raised by one of the Prospective and Interested Vendors as described in Item #1 of the attachment Amendment #1 is being issued to extend the Proposal Due date from Friday, July 30, 2021 to Monday, August 30, 2021. All other original Terms and Conditions of the RFP remains the same. Please refer to Amendment #1 attached herewith.
