SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy, is requesting fixed-price quotations for precision optics: 150 units of HD120+AR Ultra Precision highly dispersive mirrors and 80 units of CM2699 chirped mirrors, product only with no on-site services permitted. Awards will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, evaluating technical specifications, past performance for similar parts over the last four years, and manufacturing capabilities/capacity demonstrated through a manufacturing plan. The resulting purchase order will be fixed-price with NET-30 payment terms (NET-15 for small business), FOB Destination Prepaid and Add, and foreign shipments CIP SLAC, Menlo Park, duty unpaid. Bidders must complete the Representations & Certifications Rider if not already valid within the past year, accept or mark up SLAC’s fixed-price commercial supplies/services terms and supplemental rider, provide HTS code and ECCN if applicable, and ensure subcontractors register in SAM.gov.
