Suppliers must quote both price and lead time and comply with UHV requirements, including no EDM without prior SLAC approval, no abrasives/sanding discs/grinding wheels, no sulfur-containing cutting fluids or silicone lubricants, cleaning before welding, and dimensional inspection reports. Specific parts require electropolish, certain cleaning notes may be disregarded, and helicoils must not be installed on the referenced part. Offerors must provide HTS/ECCN if applicable, complete the Representations & Certifications Rider (valid for one year), register in SAM, and confirm acceptance of SLAC’s fixed-price commercial supplies terms and supplemental rider. Payment is NET-30, freight is FOB Destination Prepaid and Add, foreign vendors ship CIP SLAC, Menlo Park, duty unpaid, and Buy American Act Certification applies to items with unit price over $15,000.
