Potential bidders will need to meet all the required criteria outloined in the Cover Letter. A partial list of the requirements include the following: Offeror must have an established local office for a minimum of 2 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. The San Francisco Bay Area is defined as the following 10 counties: Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Solano, and Santa Cruz Counties. The Offeror must have previous experience executing federally funded projects. Interested Vendors should express their interest on the Interested Vendors List through this SAM.gov posting, or by emailing the Point of Contact at mezzetta@slac.stanford.edu. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory identified facilities utilizing High Intensity Discharge (HID) lighting in high-bay buildings that are susceptible to bulb explosion, energy inefficiency and challenging access for maintenance bulb replacement. SLAC is posting this Sources Sought along with the draft RFP to identify possible bidders for the upcoming RFP to remove and replace the applicable fixtures.
