Four 1-15 GHz, warm amplifiers with 0.7 dB noise figure and 37db of gain, single voltage bias Two 6-20 GHz cryogenic (4K) amplifiers with 4.7K noise temperature and 38dB of gain Two 4-8 GHz cryogenic (4K) amplifiers with 1.5K noise temperature and 42 dB of gain Cryogenic amplifier, the requirements would be: 6-20 GHz, <5K noise temperature, >35 dB of gain, demonstrated track record of reliability, able to be operated at 4K with <10 mW of bias power 4-8 GHz, <2K noise temperature, >40 dB of gain, demonstrated track record of reliability, able to be operated at 4K with <10 mW of bias power Warm amplifiers: 1-15 GHz with <70K noise temperature, >35 dB of gain, single 5-6V bias operating at 300K Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted.
