Brookhaven Science Associates, operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, is soliciting quotations for rental of a mobile, two-stage concrete crushing and screening system at the BNL Borrow Pit in Upton, New York. The rental is for a 30 consecutive calendar-day period and requires a track-mounted primary jaw crushing plant and secondary impact crushing/screening plant, including delivery, setup, commissioning, operator familiarization/training, technical and repair support, and removal. Offerors must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation, equipment make/model and technical literature demonstrating Statement of Work compliance, any exceptions/exclusions/limitations/optional equipment/site requirements, and proposed equipment availability/delivery schedule. Vendor UEI and point-of-contact information are also required, and the attached Statement of Work and applicable BSA terms and conditions are incorporated. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated total price.
