Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is seeking to award a Subcontract to a Contractor for Maintenance Work on BNL Rail Line at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) in Upton, NY. Specifically, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, tools, and equipment required to perform maintenance services in support of Modernization Project Office for BNL. Maintenance Work on BNL Rail Line associated scope will be considered Construction Wage Rate Statute covered work (previously Davis Bacon Act). Equipment, labor and materials shall meet all requirements and qualifications as delineated in the enclosed Specifications, entitled, “Statement of Work”, (Enclosure 1, Attachment 1) and BNL QA-101, dated April 2024 (Enclosure 1, Attachment 2).
