Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is seeking to award a Task Order Agreement (i.e."Blanket Contract") to a Contractor(s) for Well Drilling and Maintenance services at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) in Upton, NY. Specifically, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, tools, and equipment required to perform a variety of assigned drilling, well installations, well abandonment and well maintenance services in support of environmental activities for BNL. Installation of groundwater Extraction Wells and associated scope will be considered Construction Wage Rate Statute covered work (previously Davis Bacon Act). All other work including Monitoring Well installations will be under the Service Contract Act non-covered work. Equipment, labor and materials shall meet all requirements and qualifications as delineated in the enclosed Specifications, entitled, “Statement of Work”, dated January 2024 (Enclosure 1, Attachment 1) and BNL QA-101, dated April 2024 (Enclosure 1, Attachment 2).
