This RFP will employ a two-step evaluation process. Step 1 will solicit information from potential offerors who will berequired to go through a qualification phase to determine eligibility to receive documents for the full RFP. Technical capability & previous experience will also be evaluated. Offerors selected to progress to Step 2 will be provided more detailed documents in order to provide a complete quote. Step 2 will consist of a more extensive review of technical qualifications & personnel and require documented previous experience on similar projects.
