Brookhaven Science Associates requests a quotation for the items in Attachment A, including lead time, discounts, ECCN/HTS codes, country of origin, UEI, and published price list if available. Delivery is to Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL); items under 150 lbs may ship internationally on BSA's FedEx account, otherwise pricing must be all-inclusive of freight, tariffs, packing, handling, and other fees. For foreign items over 150 lbs without all-inclusive pricing, BNL must be Importer of Record under DAP terms using BNL's designated freight forwarder. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror with the lowest total evaluated price meeting all technical requirements, resulting in a firm fixed-price purchase order subject to attached terms. Quoted pricing must remain valid for at least 60 days.
