NREL seeks to recapitalize and upgrade its 1MW grid simulator system. NREL seeks to remove existing grid emulator and in its place install a modern 4-quadrant voltage and current source capable of both grid emulation as well as large Distributed Energy Resource (DER) inverter or generator emulation. The upgraded equipment will be located in the existing footprint. The list of required and preferred specifications is described in Attachment No. 1 – Technical Specifications. Amendment 1 - Extend Q&A and Quote due dates. Amendment 2 - Q&A's, add additional attachments (6-8), and extend the quote due date.
