The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) has a need for a laser system that will deliver the necessary capabilities to achieve the program’s goals. Time-resolved microwave conductivity (TRMC) and time-resolved dielectric loss (TRDL) spectroscopy measurements are crucial elements of the Solar Photochemistry core program, the BioLec EFRC, and the SPECS EFRC. OBJECTIVE:To ensure reliable access to TRMC and TRDL measurements to support both present and future projects in conjunction with accelerating data collection and expanding the program’s capabilities.
