SARC - Subcontractor Annual Reps and Certs (Rev. 3) – all applicable sections completed and form signed. 3.PUR-466 (Rev 1.) – Proposal Certification – all applicable sections completed and form signed. 4. A separate document including any/all exceptions to FRA LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022). Exceptions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFP submittal. 5. Finally we ask that you confirm the applicable NAICS code.
