The contractor must provide all materials, labor, and expertise for semi-annual formal inspections and manufacturer-required service, plus on-call emergency repairs. Services include preventive maintenance, filter changes for Diesel-Pure systems, and repair of minor deficiencies, with serious issues reported immediately in writing. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 11 June 2026 at 1:30 PM. Performance of services will be at PPPL’s on-site location.
