Amendment 2 - Response to Q&A - Posted 5/20/20 Amendment 1 - Response to Q&A - Posted 5/14/20 The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (Alliance/NREL/Owner) intends to solicit competitive proposals from prequalified sources for a fixed price with award fee performance-based design-build subcontract for the design and construction of a multi-purpose laboratory, together with related infrastructure improvements, collectively referred to as the Research and Innovation Laboratory (RAIL). This REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (“RFQ”) from NREL named below invites the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from Offerors interested in providing design-build services for the Project described below. By submitting a SOQ, the Offeror represents that it has carefully read the terms and conditions of this RFQ and all attachments and addenda and agrees to be bound by them. This RFQ is not an offer to enter into a contract, but merely a solicitation of persons interested in submitting SOQ to NREL for the Project.
