To All Offerors, You are invited to submit a Fixed Price proposal in accordance with Line Items in Section B (Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs) of this RFP and the proposal preparation requirements other applicable provided documents. Please note, this will be a Fixed Price with Incentives Subcontract, see RFP Section H for the Performance Incentive Structure being offered. Alternatives and Options will also be included. Your proposal must be received no later than April 22, 2024 @ 5:00pm PST and be valid for 90 days after submission. Submissions must be provided with electronic files in PDF format. Due to the large file size, the technical package can be located in a designated OneDrive folder. Contact the Subcontract Administrator for access.
