The proposal shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) LCLSII-HE-1.3-SW-0776-R0. NOTE: All references to ‘proposal’, ‘proposal due’ of August 24, 2023, et. al., apply to the completion and submittal of the Subcontractor Evaluation Questionnaire (Section J Attachment 3) and the Unilateral NDA HE RFBPM (Section J Attachment 4). These submitted documents will be reviewed and will determine the issuance of the remaining technical documents listed in Section C Statement of Work, of the RFP.
