Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) is seeking submission of a proposal for Services as described in the Attachment 1_Statement of Work for Internal Audit Services; Category Exempt; Dated December 2, 2025; Rev. 0 in accordance with the requirements and conditions contained in this RFP 26-003, to provide internal audit services, to ensure that Princeton University’s compliance with the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) clause 970.5232-3, which is incorporated into PPPL’s Prime Contract. Recognizing PPPL’s vision, mission and core values, each Supplier’s proposal should include the approach and methods necessary to completely execute aspects of the requirements within the Statement of Work (SOW) as detailed in Section I, Attachment 1_Statement of Work for Internal Audit Services. It is strongly recommended that interested firms review the RFP documents thoroughly. If after reviewing the RFP, you determine the work is within your ability and you have in interest in submitting a proposal in response, please complete and return to the Procurement Specialist by email the attachment, “Acknowledgement of Request for Proposal (RFP) 26-003” Form. Proposals shall be developed according to the attached Section III, “Instructions for Proposal Preparation” and shall be evaluated as outlined under Section IV, "SI Evaluation and Basis for Award" All sections and completed documents are required in order for the proposal to be determined responsive to this RFP.
