PPPL is located on Princeton University's Forrestal Campus in Plainsboro Township, New Jersey. Its primary mission is research into and development of fusion as an energy source. PPPL's vision is "Enabling a world powered by safe, clean and plentiful fusion energy while leading discoveries in plasma science and technology". PPPL is seeking Cost Estimating (CE) serivces to provide cost estimates associated with future projects at PPPL. The cost estimating services requested may include but are not limited to: development of project scope narrative based on fields surveys, conceptual project budgets based on scope narratives and/ or conceptual design drawings, lump sum estimates, value engineering cost estiamtes, quantity take-offs, life cycle costing, change order evaluations, material escalation analysis, project closeout costs, claims pricing and evaluation, development of project data sheets (PDSs) for budget formulation.
